1、 After use

After the work, the guide rail, support frame and bed of the balancing machine should be effectively cleaned. It is best to apply lubricating oil on the surface of the support shaft. Turn off the power supply of the operation cabinet and put all kinds of tools and tooling back in place. At the same time, records should also be made.

2、 Dust removal treatment

Cut off the power supply every year, remove dust in the operation cabinet, carefully check whether the screws are loose, check whether various switches are sensitive and reliable, and check the junction box of the motor.

In addition, during the operation of the balancing machine, pay attention to the tangent direction of rotor rotation, and when taking and placing the rotor from the balancing machine, be sure to handle it with care.
